About JUUNOO
The commercial manager will play a critical role in JUUNOO’s growth strategy. You will be responsible for the overall profitability and sales performance in Europe, with a focus on Belgium and expanding into new markets. The role includes leading and coaching the sales team, developing new partnerships, and expanding our network of installers and dealers.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the sales strategy for Europe, achieving sales targets, managing the P&L for the European market, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and train the sales team to ensure high performance, setting clear goals and KPIs, and regularly reviewing performance.
- Identify and establish JUUNOO’s presence in new European countries through agents and local representatives, adapting sales strategies based on market research.
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners, including dealers and distributors, negotiating and managing contracts.
- Grow and manage the network of certified installers across Europe, ensuring they are well-trained and aligned with JUUNOO’s quality standards, and providing technical training and resources.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends, and preparing regular reports for the BOD on sales activities, forecasts, and market insights.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role, ideally within the construction or building materials industry.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Europe.
- Fluency in English & Dutch; additional European languages are a plus.
