JuuNoo is a fast-growing SME located in West-Flanders (Belgium) which developed a unique and innovative aesthetical & movable wall system. Under our motto “faster, better and greener” we differentiate ourselves from other wall-building players in the market by having shorter lead times, 7x faster installation times, a longer product lifetime, a better acoustical performance combined with an amazing esthetical touch and last but not least by being circular. Indeed, the entire wall can be reassembled and rebuilt within another configuration or sold back to the company.
| ROLE |
- Your aim is to help grow JuuNoo’s business worldwide to become thé reference regarding circular building systems. Therefore your priority is to develop and implement the sales strategy (outside Belgium) – with probably a start in the Netherlands – to ensure revenue and sales goals. You also monitor the execution and adapt where needed.
- You coordinate the day-to-day activities of the current sales team and make sure they achieve their individual goals.
- You are responsible for further building the sales team at national as well as international level, at a speed and geographical focus that depends on your success and market analysis.
| PROFILE |
- Eye-catching career track with an outstanding level of verbal, numerical and abstract reasoning.
- At least ten years of experience in international sales and business development in fast-paced and highly demanding work environments.
- Willingness to travel frequently (up to 50%).
- Proven leadership skills with a “continuous improvement” mindset and an ambitious, stress resistant and hands-on personality
- Excellent language skills.
