JUUNOO's mission

JUUNOO is a Belgian scale-up specialized in the circular economy and we are looking for a Business Development Manager who will play a crucial role in our company.

We are revolutionizing traditional office design with our innovative, circular and modular walls that you install 7x faster than conventional walls. Moreover, we offer the possibility to sell the walls back to us when they are no longer needed.

We are now active in both Belgium, the Netherlands and US. 

The challenge

Als Technisch Adviseur bij JUUNOO ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en interne teams bij technische vragen over onze modulaire wanden en pods. Deze rol combineert technisch advies met praktische ondersteuning bij de installatie en plaatsing van JUUNOO-producten, zodat klanten optimaal gebruik kunnen maken van onze circulaire oplossingen. 

Taken & verantwoordelijkheden

Technisch advies & ondersteuning
  • Klantbegeleiding: klanten adviseren over de juiste productkeuzes en toepassingen.
  • Technische ondersteuning: beantwoorden van vragen over installaties, specificaties en productfunctionaliteiten.
  • Probleemoplossing: analyseren en oplossen van technische uitdagingen bij klanten.
  • Training & opleidingen: interne en externe trainingen geven over JUUNOO-producten en installatieprocedures.
Installatie & plaatsingsondersteuning
  • Ondersteunen bij de installatie van JUUNOO-wanden en pods, zowel op locatie als op afstand.
  • Technische begeleiding op de werf, zorgen voor een correcte uitvoering en montage volgens de JUUNOO-standaarden.
  • Opvolging na plaatsing: controleren of de installatie correct is uitgevoerd en advies geven over onderhoud en hergebruik.
Samenwerking & Coördinatie
  • Salesondersteuning: technische input geven bij offertes en klantenbezoeken.
  • R&D en Productontwikkeling: feedback van klanten en installateurs vertalen naar productverbeteringen.
  • Interne communicatie: Samenwerken met de technisch adviseur, productie en projectmanagement om technische informatie up-to-date te houden.
Documentatie & rapportage
  • Technische fiches en handleidingen opstellen en up-to-date houden.
  • Rapporteren van klantenvragen en marktinzichten aan het management.

Vereiste vaardigheden en competenties

  • Sterke technische kennis en analytisch vermogen.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en klantgericht denken.
  • Hands-on en oplossingsgericht.
  • Ervaring met technische tekenprogramma’s (bv. AutoCAD, Revit) is een plus.
  • Kennis van bouwtechnieken en materialen.
  • Ervaring met montage en installatie in de bouwsector.
  • Vlotte beheersing van Nederlands en Engels, extra talen zijn een plus.

Opleiding & ervaring

  • Opleiding in een technische richting (bv. bouwkunde, werktuigbouw, interieurarchitectuur).
  • Ervaring in een technische of adviserende functie binnen de bouwsector is een pluspunt
  • Ervaring met modulaire bouw of circulaire oplossingen is een plus.
