YOUR ROLE

You’ll collaborate with our commercial team on exciting projects: ensuring our sales reps and partners have the necessary marketing materials, organizing events, managing social media, responding to and qualifying inbound leads (marketing-qualified leads), and much more.
As an all-round Marketing & Sales Support Administrator, you’ll work closely with our Senior Marketer (based in New York) to support marketing initiatives in Europe and act as the go-to person for all EU marketing activities.
Specifically, your responsibilities will include:
- Setting up, coordinating, and executing marketing projects such as social media campaigns, sales materials, events, and more. You’ll make sure every project is a success.
- Developing creative strategies to get the most out of the marketing budget by thinking outside the box.
- Supporting the sales team by responding to and qualifying leads while streamlining the sales process.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
You’re a driven, creative professional who loves working with others and thrives on challenges.
- Experience: You have at least some prior experience in marketing or sales.
- Mindset: You're hands-on, flexible, and eager to learn.
- Tools: You’ve worked with CRM tools (like Hubspot), design tools (e.g., Figma, Miro, Canva, Adobe), and website tools (e.g., WordPress, SEMRush, Google Analytics).
- You have a proven ability to identify & close new opportunities
- Social Media: You understand the strategic value of social media and know how to leverage it effectively.
- Language Skills: You’re a strong copywriter in Dutch & French, with an understanding of regional communication differences. Fluent English is a must.
- Problem-Solver: You think ahead, find innovative solutions, and are always looking for ways to optimize.
