The JUUNOO masterplan is an ambitious yet achievable 3 step plan to transform the construction industry into a more productive and sustainable sector. 

In phase 1, we are bringing our patented commercial interior system – including clickable walls, glass partitions, quiet phone booths, and spacious meeting pods – to commercial real estate developers in the US and Europe. 

As we expand in large markets like New York, San Francisco, London, Brussels, and Amsterdam, we will enter phase 2 of our scale-up process: launching clickable drywall to bring builders 70% improved productivity. We’ve discovered a way to turn the existing dry-wall industry on its head, with a value-engineered solution that greatly reduces installation time, while adhering to standard operation procedures – the solution will aid modular and residential construction to increase its productivity. 

Phase 3 of our master plan will culminate in solving the $300 billion waste problem facing builders. By leveraging circular design principles, JUUNOO systems are built to be reused at the end of their life cycle – about 7 years for the average commercial interior materials. This is when phase 3 scales up – by implementing leasing and a buyback program to resell materials to future clients, we unlock the value of  circularity. Reusing our products profitably increases the value for all stakeholders and lowers the environmental footprint of our industry toward society.  

Market Opportunity 

Commercial real estate in the US and Europe is valued at $16.9 billion, with a rapidly growing segment for sustainable solutions. We’re positioned to lead in this evolving landscape. 

As we scale up, the total interior drywall market of $300 billion a year becomes our target. Mass adoption of our products and the value of reuse (we call it Circular Value) will enable an additional savings of 50% compared to the current single-use approach. 

Our aim is to inspire others to adapt the same elegant and circular valuable design principles. Allowing to create impact together with our peers and bundle it together into comprehensive solutions for the entire design and build sector.
