During a historic renovation, JUUNOO partnered with Framework coworking via Two Trees Management to create a one-of-a-kind privacy-focused workspace. In record time, we created 46 modular privacy pods, set in clusters of 4, view a breathtaking view of the East River and Manhattan Skyline.
The Client
Framework is a premium coworking company based in Brooklyn, NY, offering fully enclosed, sound-insulated office pods designed for flexible workspaces that are both private and productive. Their new location in The Refinery at Domino showcases this innovation across an entire floor of one of Brooklyn’s most prestigious developments.
The project was developed in partnership with Two Trees Management, who owns and developed the renovated historic landmark. Two Trees Management is one of Brooklyn’s most influential real estate developers, whose $4B+ portfolio includes over 4,000 apartments and 3 million square feet of commercial space across New York City.
The Challenge
Framework came to us needing 46 premium, large-footprint office pods. The project demanded a solution that would maximize the value of prime Manhattan-view real estate while maintaining the building’s historic character.
It was of utmost importance that the pods deliver an excellent user experience via great acoustics and high end aesthetics while meeting a tight installation timeline. The solution had to satisfy the expectations of high-end commercial tenants while supporting Two Trees’ commitment to sustainable development and Framework’s promise of uncompromising workspace quality.
