The challenge
Location: HQ Zwevegem, Belgium
Precision and meticulous planning are the cornerstones of architectural projects. As we endeavor to sculpt the future of circular construction, we are on the hunt for an Estimator. Someone who can dive into the details of a project, ensuring every facet is accounted for.
- Engage in detailed calculations concerning required materials, projected man-hours, and overall cost estimation for a tender.
- Analyze the specifics of a construction project (tender) to determine the exact financial implications, considering the costs of building materials, machinery, and human resources.
- Collaborate with technical advisors and sales to provide accurate forecasts, ensuring projects remain within budget without compromising on quality.
Required qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to break down complex projects into comprehensible calculations.
- +3 years of experience in tenders
- Knowledge and understanding of construction materials, labor costs, and other related parameters.
- Fluent in both English and Dutch to ensure seamless communication within the team and with external stakeholders. A desire to be at the heart of construction projects, making impactful decisions that define their success.
