The Challenge
Disciplined Sales Execution:
- Drive discipline within the sales department by optimizing processes and structures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Rigorously monitor and enforce the execution of sales action plans, ensuring that the sales team know how to win and achieve set objectives.
Sales Strategy and Leadership:
- Continue to implement a comprehensive European sales strategy that ensures rapid revenue growth together with the CEO.
- Lead and mentor a 7 person sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, can do mindset, and continuous improvement.
Revenue Growth:
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in existing markets.
- Establish and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including strategic clients, distributors, and partners across Europe.
Customer and Product Focus:
- Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure our product offerings are consistently top-tier.
- Ensure customer feedback is integrated into product evolution and service enhancements.
Who are you?
- Master’s degree in business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive sales experience.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the capacity to inspire and mobilize teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Aptitude for data-driven decision-making.
- Work on-site in the HQ of Zwevegem
