Your Challange
Together with our current inside sales colleague Kelly, you will ensure a flawless follow-up of incoming leads. You are a crucial figure within the sales team. In concrete terms, this means that together, you are responsible for a maximum customer satisfaction.
How do you do this? With a smile on your face you answer incoming leads in no time and you ensure an efficient follow-up. Together with the customer you look for the best solution and you answer all their (technical) questions.
Once everything is known, you provide the customer with a transparent and correct offer. For this part of the job is technical insight very important.
You guarantee a smooth communication between all parties. The phone is your best friend for this.
Another responsibility of this position is to develop calculations for tenders, in collaboration with the Business Developer responsible for the project. Technical insights and strong Excel skills are a must for this role.
JUUNOO is a fast growing company and is always looking for efficient systems. Your suggestions for improvement are important here.
With a view to internationalization and further growth, there are various (international) opportunities for growth in the future. Your language skills can also be put to good use.
Who are you?
To be successful in this role, you should have at leas a first relevant work experience.
Can you check off the following skills/qualities?
- You are a great communicator and high level thinker.
- The word "customer focus" needs no explanation for you. We want to have satisfied customers and need your help to achieve this.
- You have good knowledge of Excel to draw up quotations.
- You have a natural commercial flair and can assess situations well.
- You have a technical background and can read CAD & techincal drawings. Our internal walls are simple to set up, but must also be explained simply.
- You are multilingual (especially Dutch & English).
- Do you have other skills that could be an added value for us? Then be sure to let us know.
